Kadai mushroom is a popular restaurant dish. It is a must try recipe . Spicy yummy and mouthwatering dish .You can have it with chapati.naan, butter naan, missi roti and pulao ect. Here I made it in restaurant style and Trust me it is really a must try version of mushroom recipe .
Ingredients
Button mushrooms- 250 gms capsicum -1 Onion- 1 big
For masala-Onion -1 big chopped Ginger- 1 inch piece
6-7 garlic cloves, Tomatoes-3-4 medium
Geen chilli-1
dry masala-Bay leaf -2/cloves, 3-4 black cardamom -1
green cardamom-3-4 ,cumin seeds-1 teasp
cinammon stick -1,mace - very little
black peppr corns-8-10
dry kashmeeri Red chilli-2
salt-1&1/4 tsp,red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp, coriender powder- 1 tsp
fresh cream- 2 tbsp ,oil -2 tbsp
fresh coriender leaves-2 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves-1tsp
